Everybody knows money doesn’t grow on trees…or does it? Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice is challenging local and national businesses to take part in their Hundred Quid Quest, and turn £100 into as much money as possible in just six months.
From January 2017, Bluebell Wood will give companies a seed fund of £100 with the task of raising as much cash as they can over a six month period, to help support children and young adults with life-shortening and life-threatening conditions.
At the end of the year, the company with the largest profit will be crowned the official champion of The Hundred Quid Quest.
Bluebell Wood provides care and support to 250 families across South Yorkshire North Derbyshire, North Nottinghamshire and parts of North Lincolnshire. This includes end of life care, short breaks, music therapy, counselling, sibling support, home visits and more.
Rachael Dawes, Corporate Fundraising Manager at Bluebell Wood, said: “At Bluebell Wood we are kicking off the New Year with an exciting new challenge: The Hundred Quid Quest!
“The competition will see businesses ‘battle it out’ to come up with the most creative and successful ways to raise money for our children and families. It’s a great way to support us, while inspiring your team and developing their talents.”
