Tickets for Bluebell Wood’s very first sponsored zumbathon are now on sale; a great way to start the New Year while supporting a good cause.
The three hour session will be filled with fun fitness routines for all ages and abilities. It will take place at The Trades on Greasborough Road in Rotherham from 10am on Sunday 31st January.
Jo Berry, Events Fundraiser at Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, said: “We’re really excited to host a zumbathon, it’s a fun way to fundraise and get fit with friends and family members.
“Here at Bluebell Wood, we create special, fun memories for children and young adults facing tough times; so we like to create enjoyable ways for supporters to fundraise too.
“We need to raise more than £4m a year to keep our doors open and we’re incredibly grateful to all of our fantastic supporters across the region.”
Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, in North Anston, is currently supporting around 250 families. The hospice cares for children and young adults with life shortening and life threatening conditions, both in the hospice and in family homes.
Tickets are priced at just £5 each and are available from Jo Berry by calling 01909 517365 or emailing email@example.com
