Become involved in a support group
We currently have support groups across the region. Our support groups help us with a range of fundraising activities, from holding open gardens, organising coffee mornings, to doing 10k walks and even parachute jumps! They meet regularly and are supported in their efforts by our community fundraising team. If you’re interested in becoming part of one of our support groups, or interested in setting up your own group, please contact Helen on 01909 517 360 or email to Helen.
Setting up or becoming part of a support group is really easy, and a great way to make new friends, have fun and help Bluebell Wood at the same time. Don’t take our word for it though! Below are some comments from current members of our support groups.
"Nothing gives me more pleasure than the feeling of satisfaction when a fundraising event has been successful and a good amount of money has been raised for the good of the children"
As a volunteer I get the satisfaction of contributing a little towards fundraising for what I believe to be vital support to families who are needing our compassion and love.Through this work I have met like-minded people and have enjoyed being part of the events that we have organised. I'm proud to be involved."
