Thanks to Paul Gee who raised £1000 for the hospice by running the London Marathon. Paul's time was an impressive 4 hours and 22 minutes- well done Paul!

Thanks to Ecclesfield Priory Players for their "War Years (as remembered)" event which has raised over £1000 for the hospice. The show contained songs, sketches, poems and memories with wartime refreshments (Horlicks, drinking chocolate, Ovaltine, war recipe cakes and buns and dripping cakes) at the interval.

Raising money for Bluebell Wood on behalf of Thomson Airways, Ruth Massarella successfully completed a sprint triathlon on June 12th at Rother Valley Country Park, in a very impressive 50mins 43secs coming 26th out of 115 competitors! She has so far raised £186.50p. Well done Ruth and thank you!

Thank you to Roger & Anne Kay for organising a fantastic bonfire party at their home in Blyth, supported by Bawtry Masonic Lodge,which raised the phenomenal amount of £1726. Fuse Fireworks provided a fantastic firework display on the night with the help of music from Showhire.
