Charlie lives in Chesterfield with his mum, Anna, brother, George, and sister, Evie. Charlie has Complex Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia, which means he has difficulty walking and has dementia.     The dream of Bluebell Wood began in 1998, with the vision to help families in this area who wanted an alternative to hospital care.
