  • Kitchen – We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to help staff maintain the efficient running of the kitchen. You will work as part of a team providing catering services to children and young people and their families and to staff, within the hospice. We need help at lunchtime (10.30-2.00) Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and tea-time (4.30-6.30) Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
  • Community Event Volunteers – You could help us to make a real difference to very poorly children in our area. We are looking for outgoing and fun-loving volunteers to work as part of a team to help us raise the funds we need to support our families. As a community volunteer, you can give as little or as much time as you wish.
  • Youth Group Helper – Do you enjoy working with children and young adults? Our Youth Group is for ages 14 to 25 and we are looking for volunteers who can commit to helping out regularly with activities such as arts, craft, music, gaming, IT skills. Ideally, the Youth Group Helpers will have some experience working with young people. The sessions will take place on the first Sunday of every month.  
  • Shops – If you are interested in retail we need committed and flexible individuals to help maintain the efficient running of our charity shops. We are currently looking for volunteers at our shops in Bakewell, Chapeltown, Chesterfield, Dinnington, Hellaby, Rotherham, Sheffield, Wombwell and Worksop.

  • Housekeeping – We need committed volunteers to help meet and maintain the high levels of hygiene standards required by the hospice. We need help on Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
