Our Twinkle, twinkle trees will be hosted across the region during November and December. We’re looking for volunteers to support us at these trees by encouraging members of the public to donate and promoting the work of the hospice. These questions help us understand possible volunteer numbers when planning our Twinkle, twinkle tree sites, but we will work with you to clarify your availability nearer the time so don’t worry if you aren’t available at all the slots you select.
Information provided on this application form will be used for recruitment purposes and, in the case of candidates selected for volunteering, for personnel purposes. We hold your data on our supporter database for the duration of your volunteering +3 years. We use your data to contact you about volunteering and for anonymised statistical analysis. We will never pass your details to any other charity. From time to time, we may pass your data to data cleansing companies, to make sure our database is up to date and we are not mailing to supporters who have passed away or moved house. We never append or buy data to add to what we have collected from you. Personal data on candidates not selected for volunteering will be destroyed one month after their application.
