We are currently supporting around 250 families both in our hospice and in family homes. We accept referrals from antenatal diagnosis up to the young person’s 18th birthday, providing care and transition support up to 25 years of age.

Our support services are wide ranging and bespoke to each family including end of life treatment and care, respite short breaks, counselling, sibling support groups, music therapy, home visits and much more.  We work closely with other professionals and organisations across the region, including the Yorkshire and Humber Children's Palliative Care Network to make sure every family receives the support they need, delivered in a way to meet each child and family’s individual needs.

We are looking for someone from a nursing or other allied health professional background. You will be joining Bluebell Wood at an exciting time, we are currently expanding our care team with an emphasis on increasing our community nursing team to enable us to support the child and family staying at home for end of life care if they so wish.

If you have a passion for delivering high quality, safe care and are a motivated and experienced clinical or service leader we would love to hear from you. Excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills are essential to support positive working relationships with the clinical multidisciplinary team and wider staff groups within the hospice.

In return, you will receive an attractive benefits package. We are a forward thinking, flexible, and supportive place to work and offer you:
