About us:

At Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, we care for children and young adults with life-shortening and life-threatening conditions. We are currently supporting around 300 families, both in our hospice and in family homes.

Our support services are wide ranging and bespoke to each family; including end of life treatment and care, music therapy, counselling, sibling support groups, home visits and much, much more. 

It costs more than £4m to keep our doors open for families across South Yorkshire and beyond. We receive around 10% of our funding from government sources.

The role:

You will be responsible for data gathering and producing regular reports from the HR database and act as first point of contact for employees in all matters relating to Cascade.

You will support the recruitment process and maintain accurate employee records in compliance with GDPR.

The requirements: 

You will have a background of working in database management and experience in the delivery and implementation of HR systems.

You will have high standards of Microsoft office applications and excellent time management skills.
