If you are unable to attend an event due to sickness, including COVID-19 or due to having to self isolate, we will be unable to transfer your booking or issue a refund if the event is still going ahead. If Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice makes the decision to cancel the event you will be notified of a postponement or offered a refund for your entry fee only. Should Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice be able to find a suitable alternative, you will be contacted about transferring your booking.

If you are unable to attend an event where you have raised sponsorship or the event is cancelled, it is your responsibility to inform your sponsors of the cancellation and inform them that the sponsorship money is still paid to the charity, regardless of cancellation. Any enquiries about sponsorship money when an event is cancelled should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

It is your responsibility to notify Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice if you are unable to attend an event. If you have contracted COVID-19, been in contact with someone with COVID-19 48hrs prior to the event, or feel unwell and are unable to test, it is your responsibility to notify Bluebell Wood and not attend the event for the safety of others.
