Our donation and events refund policy

Donations Refund Policy

All donations are irrevocable charitable gifts and are not contingent on, for example, the completion by the fundraiser of a sponsored event or activity.  If you notice any incorrect or unauthorised transaction please contact us on 01909 517 360 and/or your bank, or credit/debit card provider, as soon as possible.  If you do not tell us on becoming aware of an incorrect or unauthorised transaction we may not be able to help.

Event Fee Policy

Event registration fees or full event fees are non-refundable.  Please note, if you have made an error, or feel you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us on 01909 517 360 and/or your bank, or credit/debit card provider, as soon as possible.  If Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice has to cancel an event we will contact you to either refund your place, or transfer your place to an alternative date.

Fraudulent Use

The only circumstance in which refunds will be made is where unauthorised use of your payment card is proven.  If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify the card provider in accordance with its reporting rules.

1. Prizes are automatically claimed so you don’t need to worry about remembering to check your numbers, if you’re a winner we’ll send you a cheque in the post.
