What it means to be a Bluebell Wood volunteer Volunteer with Bluebell Wood and you can learn new things, meet new people and know you’re making a difference. We think all our volunteers are amazing, and whether you're a green-fingered guru or an outstanding organiser, we'd love to hear from you. From baking to bucket collecting, we need volunteers to help us make the most of every opportunity that comes our way. We’re very proud of our amazing volunteers and we’re incredibly grateful too. Their skill and dedication means that we can offer specialist services to our children and families. Whether you volunteer for a day or a year, your contribution means we can continue to be there for families and children who need us. We’re always on the lookout for fantastic people to join our team, so if you have the time, we’ll find the perfect place for you. We’re delighted to say that in 2012 we were presented with The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service. This is the highest award given to volunteer groups across the UK. We’ve also been accredited with the Rotherham Volunteer Kitemark Plus, which means you’ll be in safe hands when you volunteer for us. If you have any questions about volunteering then we'd love to help out. If you can't see the answer to what you're wondering about here - or if you're ready to get involved - then please email our volunteering team at [email protected] or call 01909 517 360.
